【摘要】 目的:提高对卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤CT及B型超声诊断准确率。材料和方法:回顾性分析我院手术病理证实的20例23个卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤的CT及B型超声和CT表现特点。结果:20例中,畸胎瘤15例17个、内胚窦瘤2例2个和无性细胞瘤3例4个。17个畸胎瘤中,成熟性囊性畸胎瘤14个、畸胎瘤恶变1例和皮样囊肿扭转2例。这些肿瘤各自都有其CT和B型超声表现特点。结论:CT及B型超声为诊断本病的重要的影像检查手段,结合临床综合分析,有助于提高诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To improve the accuracy of CT and US diagnosis of ovarian germ cell tumors.Materials and Methods: The CT and US features of 20 cases with ovarian germ cell tumors proved surgically and pathologically were analysed retrospectively.Results: Of 20 cases there were 15 cases with 17 teratomas,2 cases with 2 endodermal sinus tumors and 3cases with 4 dysgerminomas.of 17 teratomas,14 tumors were matured,and cystic teratomas,2 tumors were degenerative malignant teratomas and 2 dermoid cysts with torsion.These tumors had some CT and US characteristic features respectively.Conclusion: Both CT and US are the important methods for diagnosis of ovarian germ cell tumors,and cmbinated with clinical data can improve their diagnostic accuracy rate.更多还原
