【摘要】 目的探讨用脐血间质干细胞来源的神经干细胞对肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)病人短期内功能独立性评分(FIM)的影响。方法对11例ALS病人治疗前后FIM评分及总T细胞进行流式细胞检测。结果ALS病人治疗前后FIM评分分别为(72.91±12.52)分、(100.64±9.94)分以及T淋巴细胞总数分别为(82.31±2.20)个、(77.55±4.45)个,均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.005)。结论脐血间质干细胞来源的神经干细胞移植治疗短期内通过一定的免疫调节作用可以改善ALS病人的临床症状和日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the short-time effect of neural stem cell from umbilical cord blood on independence function in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).Methods The FIM score and T-cell were evaluated by flow cytometer in 11 pts with ALS pre-and post-treatment.Results The FIMs were 72.91±12.52 and 100.64±9.94 pre-and post-treatment and total scores of T-cell were 82.31±2.20 and 77.55±4.45 pre-and post-treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.005). Conclusion The neural stem cell from umbilical cord blood could improve the clinical symptom and the activity of daily living in pts with ALS.更多还原
