【摘要】 目的:研究盆炎清颗粒对混合菌液所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎的治疗作用。方法:将大鼠单侧子宫内膜器械划伤,注入大肠杆菌与金黄色的葡萄球菌的混合菌液,制备大鼠慢性盆腔炎动物模型。造模10天后。ig给药20天,观察盆炎清颗粒对模型大鼠相关各项指标的影响。结果:盆炎清颗粒可以抑制感染子宫肿胀率,降低血清MDA、IL-6水平,对慢性盆腔炎病理改变也有明显减轻。结论:盆炎清颗粒对混合菌液所致大鼠慢性盆腔炎具有明显的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Penyanqing Granules on chronic pelvic inflammation induced by a mixture of bacterium suspension in rats.Method:Chronic pelvic inflammation of rats was caused by injecting a mixture of bacterium suspension into injured uterus.After 10 days of model induction,animals were randomly divided into five groups: sham-operation ,model,and 1.25 g/kg,2.5 g/kg and 5g/kg dose of Penyanqing Granules. The influence of Penyanqing Granules on the model rats after 20 days of therapeutic ig Penyanqing Granules were observed. Result: Penyanqing Granules at three dosages of 1.25 g/kg,2.5 g/kg and 5g/kg could significantly reduce the serum MDA and IL-6 level. Penyanqing Granules could significantly inhibit the inflammatory rection and morphologic alteration of model uterus.Conclusion:Penyanqing Granules has the therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation induced by a mixture of bacterium suspension in rats.更多还原
