【摘要】 目的:观察天王补心丸对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。方法:在恒温、恒湿、自动光控和电磁屏蔽实验条件下,采用大鼠皮层脑电描记方法,观察了天王补心丸对失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。结果:给予大鼠天王补心丸后,大鼠觉醒时间明显减少,睡眠总时间延长,主要表现为延长慢波睡眠Ⅱ期(SWS2)和快动眼睡眠(REMS)。结论:天王补心丸能延长失眠大鼠的SWS2和REMS。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of the Tianwan Buxin Pill(TWBXP) on the sleep phase of insomnia rats . Methods: Under the conditions of constant temperature,constant humidity, light automatically and electromagnetic shielding, with the method of the cortical EEG in rats, observe the effect of the TWBXP on the sleep phase of insomnia rats. Result: The results showed that the TWBXP can obviously decrease the duration of W and increase TST,primarily prolong SWS2 and REMS. Conclusion: The TWBXP can prolong SWS2 and REMS of insomnian rats.更多还原
