组合酸对氟斑牙釉质蚀刻的电镜观察
Effects of priming time of composited acid on ultrastructure of fluorotic teeth
【摘要】 目的通过观察组合酸不同酸蚀时间对新鲜离体氟斑牙牙釉质超微结构的影响,寻找一种可获得理想粘结形态的酸蚀时间点。方法将中、重度氟斑牙25颗随机分为5组,用同一组合酸进行酸蚀,时间分别为1min、2min、3min、4min和5min,酸蚀后粘结托槽,通过扫描电镜观察去除托槽后树脂-牙釉质界面形态学改变。结果氟斑牙酸蚀1min时牙釉质超微结构改变不明显,酸蚀2min时有较明显的蜂窝状改变,随酸蚀时间延长釉质结构溶解破坏多。结论组合酸酸蚀氟斑牙2min可获得较理想的形态改变。
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of enamel ultrastructure in fresh extracted fluorotic teeth etched by composited acid for different etching time,and find a etching time point of getting perfect bonding form.Methods Twenty-five fluorotic teeth which etched by composited acid were randomly divied into five groups according to five different priming time: 1min,2min,3min,4min and 5min.Stainless steel brackets were bonded in each test group.Scanning electron microscopic observation was performed to examine the effect of priming time on the morphology of the resin-enamel interface after rebond.Results The changes of enamel ultrastructure were not obvious in 1min etching group and the honeycomb changes were much obvious in 2min etching group,but more enamel were destroyed when the priming time was extended.Conclusions Fluorotic teeth etched by composited acid for 2min can acquire perfect changed form.
