【摘要】 目的比较口服和静脉应用消炎痛治疗新生儿动脉导管未闭的疗效。方法将我院58例新生儿动脉导管未闭随机分为口服组和静脉组,应用的消炎痛的剂量和用法一样,治疗后复查心脏彩超。结果口服应用消炎痛动脉导管未闭治愈率为81.3%,静脉应用消炎痛动脉导管未闭治愈率为84.6%,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论两种用药方式的治愈率无差异,但静脉给药剂量易准确把握,相对副作用小,值得推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective : To compare oral and intravenous indomethacin for closure of patent ductus arteriosus.Methods: 58 newborns with patent ductus arteriosus were random divided into two groups,oral group and intravenous group were administered the same dose and usage indomethacin.Two groups were checked again by echocardiography after treatment.Results:The difference rate of cure between oral group(81.3%) and intravenous group(84.6%) was no significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:There were no difference in two groups,we recommended intravenous indomethacin because less side effect and accurate dose.更多还原
