【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸利多卡因体外对人精子运动参数的影响。方法10例健康生育男性,禁欲1个月手淫获取精液,与不同浓度的盐酸利多卡因体外孵育10min,用HTF液洗涤后重悬。采用计算机辅助的精液分析系统(computer assisted semen analysis,CASA)分别检测孵育后和洗涤重悬后的精子运动参数。结果低浓度的盐酸利多卡因对精子运动参数没有明显地影响(P>0.05),但浓度达到15mg/ml时精子的运动参数显著降低(P<0.05)。结论高浓度盐酸利多卡因能明显地抑制人精子的运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of lidocaine hydrochloride on human sperm motility in vitro.Methods: Abstinence One month Healthy fertile Males′ Sperm was incubated with different concentration of lidocaine hydrochloride ten minutes.Then washing-up by HTF.Measurement of all sperm mobility were carried out by CASA after incubation and washing-up.Results:Sperm motility was not affected by low concentration lidocaine hydrochloride.But inhibited by 15mg/ml lidocaine hydrochloride.Conclusion:High concentration lidocaine hydrochloride can significantly inhibit human sperm motility.更多还原
