【摘要】 目的了解影响新生儿体重的相关因素。方法定时纵向测量413例新生儿体重,并对母亲妊娠前体质指数(BM I)、母亲妊娠期增加BM I、母亲文化程度、母亲年龄与新生儿体重之间的关系进行了分析。结果(1)母亲妊娠前BM I、母亲妊娠期增加BM I与各时段新生儿体重均呈正相关(P<0.05);(2)除外12~14d这一时段,在其他时段,母亲不同文化程度组,新生儿体重差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)母亲不同年龄组间,新生儿体重差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿体重随母亲妊娠前BM I、妊娠期增加BM I的增大而增大;母亲文化程度程度不但影响新生儿出生体重,而且影响新生儿期体重累积增长值。母亲分娩年龄对新生儿体重影响不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the possible influencing factors of neonatal body weight.Methods:To collect the data of body weight from 413 neonates,at the same time,the relations between pre-pregnant body mass index(BMI) and BMI again during pregnancy of mothers,the different educational attainments and the different age of mothers and nonatal body weight were analyzed.Results:(1) The BMI of mothers before giving birth and BMI again during pregnancy of mothers were statistically significantly correlated with the neonatal body weight(P<0.05);(2) The differences between four neonatal groups came from different educational attainments of mothers weren’t statistically significant during 12～14days(P>0.05),While during other times it was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3) The differences between four neonatal groups came from different age of mothers weren′t significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:the body weight of neonatus increases along with the BMI of mothers before giving birth and the BMI again during pregnancy of mothers,mother′s educational attainments influence not only the neonatal body weight,but also the accumulative growth of body weight during neonate;The influence of mother′s age on neonatal body weight could be neglected.更多还原
