【摘要】 目的确立银翘解毒口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法,用于建立银翘解毒口服液的质量标准。方法采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液(10∶100);流速1.0mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸线性范围为0.12μg～0.63μg(r=0.9996);平均回收率为96.68%,RSD为1.56%。结论该方法准确,可靠,重复性好,可为银翘解毒口服液的质量控制提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the HPLC determination method of chlorogenic acid for developing the quality standard of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid.Methods HPLC method was performed on an E.Merck LiChrospher 100RP-18 column(250 mm× 4 mm,5 μ m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle and o.4 % phosphoric acid(10:100).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results Chlorogenic acid was linear at the range of 0.12～ 0.63 μ g(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 96.68 %,and RSD was 1.56 % .Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable,reproducible,and can provide evidence for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid.更多还原
