【摘要】 目的建立二黄胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为其质量标准的制定提供依据。方法利用薄层色谱法对二黄胶囊中的主要药味进行鉴别。结果处方中地黄、何首乌、天麻等9味药材具有鉴别特征,斑点清晰。结论该法简便可行,专属性强,重现性好,可用于二黄胶囊的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a TLC identification method for Erhuang Capsule and to provide basis for the establishment of its quality standard.Methods TLC method was adopted.Results Nine kinds of medicinal materials such as Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Rhizoma Gastrodiae had discriminating characteristics and distinctive spots.Conclusion TLC is a simple,reliable and specific method with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Erhuang Capsule.更多还原
