【摘要】 目的:探讨紫茜胶囊对慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜(CIIP)患者血清IL-2及sIL-2R的影响及作用机理。方法:将64例CITP患者分为紫茜胶囊治疗组和升血小板胶囊对照组各32例,用ELISA方法检测CITP患者治疗前后血清IL-2、sIL-2R的含量变化。结果:CITP患者的IL-2水平明显低于正常对照组,sIL-2R则高于正常对照组,二者经治疗后均有明显改善,但治疗组优于对照组。结论:血清IL-2及sIL-2R水平变化与CITP的发病有关,紫茜胶囊可通过降低IL-2、升高sIL-2R改善CITP患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore Interleukin - 2 (IL - 2)and Soluble Inter-leukin - 2 Receptorin(sIL- 2R) expression in chronic Idiopathic Thrombo-cytopenic Purpura (CITP) patients and the effect on it treated by Zi Qian capsule, and study the possible mechanism. Methods: 64 cases with CITP were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with promote thrombocyte capsule, while the treated group was treated with Zi Qian capsule. Examine the variety of serum IL - 2 and sIL - 2R before and after therapy using the ELISA method. Results: The level of IL - 2 of CITP was obviously lower than normal control group, while sIL - 2R higher than normal control group. Two groups both have obvious improvement through treatment, but treated group was superior to control group. Conclusion: The generation of CITP was related to level change of serum IL - 2 and sIL-2R. The Zi Qian capsule can possibly adjust the CITP patient’s cellular immunity function through reducing the serum level of IL - 2 and raising the level of serum sIL-2R.更多还原
