【摘要】 目的:观察宣痹汤对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)的治疗作用及对AA大鼠模型关节滑膜病理的影响。方法:用弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)诱导大鼠AA模型,容积法测量关节肿胀程度并进行关节评分(AI),光镜下观察滑膜组织HE染色切片,免疫组织化学法观察滑膜细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,宣痹汤治疗组及雷公藤组大鼠继发关节肿胀度显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),关节炎指数(AI)显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),关节病理积分显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),VEGF表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:宣痹汤对AA大鼠关节炎症有一定的抑制作用,并能降低滑膜组织中VEGF表达水平,其作用机制可能与免疫调节有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of Xuanbi decoction on adjuvant arthritis(AA) in rats.Methods: The model was induced by intradermal of CFA.The swelling and the arthritis index(AI) were observed at different times respectively.The histopathology changes in synovial tissue were observed by HE method.The expression of VEGF in synovial tissue was detected by immuno-histochemical method.Results: As compared with the model group,the swelling and AI of XB decoction treated group was markedly decreased after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The signs were significantly reduced compared with model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: XB decoction can reduce the expression of VEGF in the synovium of AA rats and alleviate the inflammatory response,and its mechanism is related to the immuno-regulative function.更多还原
