【摘要】 目的研究退黄散对大鼠肝UDP-葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UDPGT)活性的影响。方法通过腹腔注射退黄散水溶液,建立大鼠肝UDPGT诱导模型,并以苯巴比妥为阳性对照,生理盐水为阴性对照。参照Black氏方法测定大鼠肝UDPGT活性。结果退黄散能使大鼠肝UDPGT活性增加。结论退黄散能够诱导提高大鼠肝UDPGT活性,从而促进肝胆红素代谢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of Herba TuiHuangSan on the UDPGT activity in rat’s hepat. Method:The UDPGT activities induce by Herba TuiHuangSan were determined by the Black’s assay. Results:Herba TuiHuangSan increased the activity of UDPGT in rat’s hepat and also increased the ratio of liver weight/body weight.Conclusions:Herba TuiHuangSan was able to induce the activity of UDPGT in rat’s hepat.更多还原
