【摘要】 目的用甘油制成应激性急性肾功能衰竭家兔实验模型,观察中药抗疲Ⅰ号的防治疗效。方法阳性对照组和阴性对照组正常喂养,实验组在饲料中加入抗疲Ⅰ号喂养,1个月后阳性对照组和实验组分别经腹腔注射甘油致成应激性急性肾功能衰竭家兔实验模型,三组继续以上的喂养。并于制模的第1、5和14日测定三组血、尿中钠、钾和肌酐,肾组织行电镜观察超微结构的损伤与防治变化。结果实验组的肾曲管上皮超微结构的早期损伤明显比对照组轻,14d的超微结构如线粒体结构等已经完整修复。结论抗疲Ⅰ号具有防护和修复肾组织超微结构的功能,各项肾功能检测指标表明抗疲Ⅰ号具有防治应激性急性肾功能衰竭的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Use the Anti-Fatigue I to protect and treat the glycerol induced acute renal failure in rabbits.Method:the experimental group were fed with a mixed feed with Anti-Fatigue I (抗疲I号),the positive control group and negative control group were fed with routine feed.One month later,the rabbits of positive control group and experimental group were given intramuscular injections of glycerol according to induce acute renal failure(ARF). All rabbits were still fed like before the induced ARF.The Na+,K+,Creatinine in urine and blood were determinate at last,5th,14th,and thd renal tissue were taken at same period for morphologic study by microscopy and transmission electromicroscopy.Results:The detection of the biochemical renal functions and renal morphological study shows that the damage of expermental group was more lesser than the positive control group,and had repaired prompt,completely.Conclusions:Anti-Fatigue I is an effective drug for ARF.更多还原
