【摘要】 目的观察灯盏细辛注射液对急性心肌梗死溶栓后再通患者的心肌保护作用。方法将患者120例随机分为两组,均予西医溶栓及常规治疗,治疗组另予灯盏细辛注射液静滴;比较两组再通患者肌酸激酶(CK)峰值浓度、CK恢复时间、再灌注心律失常发生率及2周后左室收缩功能和心功能、心电图ST段的改善情况。结果治疗组CK和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)峰值浓度低于对照组,CK及CD-MB峰值时间及恢复正常的时间短于对照组,治疗组再灌注心律失常发生例数少于对照组,2周后超声心动图检测左室射血分数高于对照组,室壁运动指数低于对照组。结论急性心肌梗死再通患者使用灯盏细辛注射液有助予缩小其梗死面积,减轻再灌注损伤;对保护缺血心肌和促进心功能的恢复有良好的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigate the Myocardioprotective effect of Breviscapine injection on patients with acute myocardial infarction receiving thrombolytic therapy.Methods:120 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group before thrombolysis.Patients in treatment group additionlly received Breviscapine injection before and after thrombolysis.while those in control group received conventional therapy only.The differences of perk creatine kinase(CK),CK normalization time,reperfusion arrhythmias and left ventricular function between the two groups were measured and compared.Results:The infarct related arteries were successfully recanalized in 60 patients in treatment group and 60 in control group.there was no significant difference in baseline characteristics between the groups.The peak CK and CK-MB were(1247±704)and(121±64)U/L in treatment group,(1732±812)and(160±71)U/L in control group,respectively.The normalization time of CK and CK-MB were significantly shorter in treatment group than those in control group.Reperfusion arrhythmias occurred in 20 patients(33.3%)in treatment group and 39(65%)in control group.Two weeks after thrombolysis,the patients in treatment group showed a greater left ventricular ejection fraction than control group detected by echocardio- graghy.Conclusions:Breviscapine injection is effective on preventing infarction,protecting ischemic myocardial injury ,promoting the recovery of cardiac function,reducing infarct size and relieving reperfusion damadge in patients with acute myocardial infarction receiving thrombolytic therapy.更多还原
