【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法SAP患者41例随机分为中药组与对照组,均予西医治疗,中药组加服中药;对两组排气(便)情况、中转手术、治疗后并发症、住院时间、死亡数进行分析。结果中药组的各种并发症(大出血、胰腺假性囊肿、消化道瘘、胰腺脓肿)发生率低于对照组,两组经治疗后在排气(便)时间、中转手术例数、住院时间等方面差异显著。结论中西医结合治疗SAP效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigeate the effect of sever acute pancreatitis(SAP) treated with Combined Therapy of TCM and WM.Methods:41 Patients were randomly divided into the Chinese herbs group(Ch) and the controlled group(CG).Patients in both group received the treatment of WM,while in the Ch took Chinses herbs.Evaluated difference between both groups and Chinese herb group in recovery time of the bowel function,performed operation,length of stay,complication,mortality.Results:The complication and mortality in the Ch were less than those in CG.The recovery time of the bowel function,the length of stay and the performed operation had significant difference compared with those of CG.Conclusion:The Combined Therapy of TCM and WM has good results.更多还原
