【摘要】 目的观察参附注射液对充血性心衰(CHF)患者血管内皮功能的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法选择30例正常人作为对照组(A组),60例CHF患者随机分为常规治疗组(B组)与参附注射液治疗组(C组);比较B组、C组临床疗效及治疗前后三组血清ET、NO、MDA、SOD含量变化。结果治疗后C组较B组临床疗效明显改善;B组及C组与A组比较,治疗前ET及MDA显著增高,NO及SOD明显降低;C组治疗后SOD活性明显高于B组,MDA含量明显低于B组,均与A组差异无显著;C组治疗后NO水平显著高于B组,ET含量显著低于B组。结论参附注射液具有改善CHF时自由基介导的内皮功能紊乱作用,对衰竭的心肌起到保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu Injection(SFI,参附注射液) on endothelium function of patients with congestive heart failure (CHF),and to probe the mechanism.Methods: Established the contrats group(group A,30 normotensive subjects),and 60 patients with CHF were classified into 2 groups randomly,the routinely treatment of WM group(group B),SFI and routinely treatment of WM-treated group(C).The effect were observed after the treatment. The concentration of serumal endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and malonyl-dialdehyde(MDA) were detemined before and after treatment.Results:The curative effect of group C were better than of group B significantly after treatment.Serumal ET and MDA of group B and C increased,NO and T-SOD of the two groups decreased than of group A before the treatment.T-SOD of group C were higher significantly than of group B,MDA were lower significantly after the treatment. They had not differences with group A significantly.NO of group C increased and ET decreased than those of group B after the treatment.Conclusion: SFI can improve the abnormality of endothelium function in which free radicals are involved and protect failing myocardium.更多还原
