【摘要】 目的观察益气通阳化痰方合己酮可可碱治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法将100例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者随机分为两组,均予己酮可可碱注射液治疗,中西药组加用益气通阳化痰方;疗程均为30d。结果中西药组在疼痛缓解、溃疡愈合、血黏度及肢体血流的改善方面明显优于西药组,两组总有效率比较差异具有显著性。结论益气通阳化痰方合己酮可可碱治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎具有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqitongyanghuatan Recipe(YR,益气通阳化痰方) and pentoxifylline for thromboangiitis obliterans.Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the TCM-WM group(treated with YR and pentoxifylline) and the WM group(treated with pentoxifylline only). The course of treatment was 30 days.Results: A significant improving of clinical symptoms and signs,hemorheology and microcirculution in patients of the TCM-WM group.Conclusion: YR and pentoxifylline has good clinical effect for thromboangiitis obliterans.更多还原
