【摘要】 目的观察健胃愈疡颗粒对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜氨基己糖及磷脂含量的影响,从而探讨其抗溃疡复发作用的机制。方法拟Okabe改良法制作SD大鼠胃溃疡模型,腹腔注射白介素-1β(IL-1β)制作胃溃疡复发模型;测定大鼠胃黏膜组织中磷脂和氨基己糖的含量。结果在灌胃第10日和第90日,健胃愈疡组磷脂和氨基己糖的含量显著高于模型组和正常对照组。结论健胃愈疡颗粒剂抗复发的作用机理可能与影响胃黏膜的疏水性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Jianweiyuyang Granule(JWYY,健胃愈疡颗粒) on the contents of aninohexose and phosphatide in ulcerated gastric mucosa.Approach the possible mechanisms of JWYY to prevente the relaps of gastric ulcer.Methods: The rat model of gastric ulcer were prepared with updated Okabe’s method,and the relapsing model of gastric ulcer was nduced by intraperitoneal injection of IL-1β.Coomassie brilliant blue stains and neuhaus stains was respectively used to detect the content of aninohexose and phosphatide.Results:At the 10th and 90th given by JWYY,the contents of aninohexose and phophatide of JWYY group was significantly hingher than model group and normal group.Conclusion: The possible mechanisim for JWYY to prevent the relaps of gastric ulcer may relate with the hydrophobicity of gastric mucosa.更多还原
