【摘要】 目的建立HPLC测定天麻头风灵颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,固定相为Diamonsil ODS C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1%冰乙酸(14∶14∶72),检测波长为316nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果阿魏酸在2.13～17.04μg/ml范围内与峰面积线性良好(r=0.9999,n=6);平均加样回收率为99.81%,RSD=1.52%(n=6)。结论本方法简便,准确,可靠,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于天麻头风灵颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of Ferulic acid in Tianmatoufengling Granules(天麻头风灵) by HPLC. Methods:Diamonsil ODS C18 column(250mm× 4.6mm,5μ m), mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1% Acetic acid(14∶ 14∶ 72).The detection wavelength was at 316 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results: The calibration curve was linear (r=0.9999,n=6)in the range of 2.13μ g/ml～ 17.04μ g/ml for Ferulic acid.The average recovery was up to 99.81% ,RSD was 1.52% (n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reliable,high sensitive,can be regard as the quantity control method of Tianmatoufengling Granules.更多还原
