【摘要】 目的探讨产舒颗粒对血虚动物和气虚血瘀动物的补血和活血化瘀作用以及对正常动物的免疫功能的影响。方法分别采用大鼠连续5d失血造成动物“血虚”,大鼠连续14d游泳劳损造成动物“气虚血瘀”,同时灌胃给药;观察药物的治疗作用及对小鼠碳粒廓清能力的作用。结果产舒颗粒可显著提高血虚大鼠的Hb含量及RBC数,降低游泳劳损所致气虚血瘀大鼠血液黏度和红细胞压积,对小鼠体内碳粒廓清功能有明显促进作用。结论产舒颗粒有明显的补益气血、增强免疫的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observed the effects of Chanshu Granule(产舒颗粒) on the Blood Deficiency rats and theQi Deficiency and blood stagnation rats, and the effect on immunization of normal rats.Methods:The model of Blood Deficiency rasts were induced by bleeding for 5 days, and model of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation rats by consumed swimming for 14 days. The rats were given medicine.Observed the effect, and the effect of cleaning up carbon particle during these days. Results:Chanshu Granule can increase the hemoglobin (Rb) and the number of red blood cell (RBC) of Blood Deficiency rats, and also reduce the blood viscosity and the packed cell volume of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stagnation rats significantly.The another effect was to promote the cleaning up carbon particle of rats significantly. Conclusion:The effects of Chanshu Granule were supplement of Blood and Qi, and improvement of immunization significantly.更多还原
