葛根素对局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑组织水肿及神经细胞Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨葛根素对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的机制。方法采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型(MCAO),观察葛根素对脑缺血再灌注脑组织水肿及神经细胞Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性的影响。结果葛根素能明显降低MCAO大鼠脑含水量,提高Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase活性。结论大鼠MCAO后脑组织水肿明显,ATPase活性降低;葛根素可以减轻此类损伤,对脑组织具有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the protective mechanism of Puerarin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods:The ischemia-reperfusion model rats was induced by means of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO), the brain edema and Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+ATPase activity in neuron were measured to study the effect of Perarin against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.Results:Puerarin can significant decrease the brain edema in rats induced by MCAO,and increase the activity of Na+K+-ATPase,Ca2+-APTase.Conclusions:The brain edama is obviously increased and the activity of ATPase is obviously decreased after MCAO.Puerarin can alleviate the injuriy and has the neuro-protective effect against ischemia-reperfusion injury.
