【摘要】 目的探讨噪声对印刷作业工人的健康影响,预防控制噪声的职业危害,保护工人身体健康。方法选择某印刷厂噪声作业工人210名为噪声接触组,同时选择不接触噪声管理人员190名为对照组,对他们进行听力、血压、心电图等项目检查。结果噪声接触组工人听力异常检出率、高血压患病率、心电图异常检出率分别为12.8%、4.8%、8.6%,对照组检出率分别为0、1·6%和3·2%。听力异常和心电图异常检出率两组差异有统计学意义(P<0·01和P<0·05)。结论接触噪声对听力和心脏产生一定程度的损害,并可能是印刷工人发生高血压的危险因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the effect of noise on the workers’ health in printing factory and prevent occupational damage in order to protect the workers’ physical health.[Methods]21 noise-exposed workers in the printing factory were collected as the noise exposure group,190 non-noise-exposed administration staff were chosen as the control;their hearing function,blood pressure and electrocardiogram were examined.[Results]The detection rates of hearing loss,hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram in the exposure group were 12.8%,4.8% and 8.6% respectively,that of the control were 0.1%,6% and 3.2% respectively;the difference was significant in hearing loss and abnormal electrocardiogram(P<0.01;P<0.05).[Conclusion]Noise exposure causes certain damage on the hearing function and heart of the workers and might be one of the risk factors for hypertension of the workers.更多还原
