【摘要】 目的探讨氧化锌对作业人员健康的影响。方法对某厂进行现场劳动卫生学调查,在监测车间空气中的氧化锌的浓度同时,对观察组和对照组进行内科、血、尿常规,肝功能、心电图、X线胸片、腹部B超、尿铅及妇科检查。结果车间空气中氧化锌浓度为0.14mg/m3,符合国家职业卫生标准,体检结果:观察组与对照组比较,除血常规异常、女工宫颈炎、乳腺小叶增生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,其余指标未见异常。结论车间空气中氧化锌浓度符合国家职业卫生标准,但对作业人员特别是女工的健康仍有一定影响;但未造成严重危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the effect of zinc oxide on the workers’ health.[Methods] Labor hygienic investigation was conducted on the site of a factory;the concentration of zinc oxide in the air of the workshops was determined,meanwhile,physical examination was carried out on the internal organs,blood,routine urine,liver function,electrocardiogram,X-ray,abdomen B-ultrasonic,gynecology and urine lead.[Results] The concentration of zinc oxide in the air of the workshops was 0.14mg/m3,which accorded with the national standard for occupational hygiene;the observation group was found with abnormal routine blood,female cervicitis,hyperplasia of mammary glands compared with the control group(P<0.05),no abnormality was found in other indexes.[Conclusion] The concentration of zinc oxide in the air of the workshops accorded with the national standard for occupational hygiene;zinc oxide has certain effect on the workers’ health,especially female workers,but the hazard is not serious.更多还原
