【摘要】 本文分析了北太平洋长鳍金枪鱼的渔业现状和国际组织对该渔业资源的管理措施。目前,长鳍金枪鱼已经处于充分开发状态,2004年总渔获量已达到86073t,主要捕捞国家是日本、美国、中国台湾、加拿大等,主要捕捞渔具是延绳钓、曳绳钓等。在此基础上,本文分析了中国的渔业现状,并从政府支持、捕捞技术、渔场开发和渔业统计等方面提出了我国在北太平洋发展长鳍金枪鱼渔业的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents the fishery status of albacore in the Northern Pacific Ocean and conservation measures of the fish stock by WCPFC and IATTC.The resources of albacore were fully exploited currently and the catch in 2004 reach 86073t.The main fishing countries included Japan,USA,Chinese Taipei and Canada.The major fishing gears are longline and troll.The paper also analyzes the Chinese albacore fisher in the areas and suggests recommendations for developing Chinese albacore fishery.Suggestion was made that policy support should be created by Chinese government for albacore fishery.Fishing technology should be improved,and fishing ground investigation should be made.更多还原
