【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:与西药对照组对比观察。对照组:苯溴马隆、别嘌呤醇、尼美舒利。治疗组在对照组的基础上,加服四土萆薢渗湿汤。对照组与治疗组均为3个月为1个疗程,连服1个疗程后判定对比疗效。结果:治疗组100例,临床痊愈18例,显效33例,有效411例,无效8例,总有效率为92%;对照组80例,临床痊愈8例,显效21例,有效32例,无效19例,总有效率为76.25%。两组对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗痛风性关节炎具有明显优势,四土萆薢渗湿汤是治疗该病的有效方药,具有临床推广应用的价值,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment for gouty arthritiswith the combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine.Methods:By comparing with the contrast group treated with Western medicine only.The contrast group:Benzbromarone,Allopurinol,Nimesulid.The group undergoing the new treatment,in addition to the Western medicine,are treated with the Chinese medicinal herbs named SiTu BiXie ShenShi soup.After each period of treatment,which lasts for three months,the curative effects of both groups are judged and compared.Results:Of the 100 cases in the group undergone the new treatment,18 have been cured clinically,33 have responded satsfactorily to the new treatment,which has also produced effect on 41,only 8 failed to respond to the new treatment.In all,the new treatment is 92% effcacious;In contrast,of the 80 cases in the contrast group,8 has been cured clinically,21 have responded satisfactorily to the treatment,which has produced effect on 32,and 19 failed to respond to the treatment.In all,the treatment is 76.25% efficacious.The results compared,the difference between them is conspicuous(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment for gouty arthritis with the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has tangible advantages.SiTu BiXie ShenShi soup,and effective prescription,has great value of being popularized and used clinically.It deserves further research.更多还原
