【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定柴芍止痛颗粒中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。HypersilODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈—0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.2~1.6μg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998,回收率98.60%,RSD为1.34%。结论:该方法重复性好、简便易行,可作为柴芍止痛颗粒中芍药苷含量的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the quality standard of Chaishaozhitong Granule.Methods:Using HPLC with Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(15∶85)with 1mL/min of flow rate,and the detection wavelength was at 230nm.Results:Paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship at the range of 0.2~1.6μg,The recovery was 98.60% and RSD was 1.34%.Conclusion:The method was highly repeatable and accurate.更多还原
