【摘要】 目的:研究加味真武汤对硫代乙酰胺所致肝肾综合征模型大鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法:给大鼠腹腔注射硫代乙酰胺300mg/(kg.d),共2天,制造肝肾综合征模型。测定大鼠血中ALT/GPT、CRE、UREA、TBL、NO、内毒素、ET及ATⅡ的量。同时测定16h尿量,并计算肌酐清除率。结果:加味真武汤45、22.7、15g/kg可改善硫代乙酰胺所致肝肾综合征模型大鼠的肝肾功能:血中ALT/GPT、CRE、UREA、TBL降低,尿量增加,肌酐清除率增加,同时血清内毒素水平及NO含量也降低。结论:加味真武汤对肝肾综合征动物模型有一定保护作用,与降低模型动物血清内毒素水平及NO含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Zhenwu Tang on rat model of hepatorenal syndrome.Methods:Celiac injection of Acetamide hyposulfite 300mg/(kg·d)for 2days to rat was used as an animal model of hepatorenal syndrome.In the meantime,content of ALT/GPT,CRE,UREA,TBL,NO,endotoxin,ET and ATⅡin the rat of blood and quantity of urine in 16 hours were inspected.Results: Jiaowei Zhenwu Tang 45g/kg,22.7g/kg,15g/kg improved hepatic and renal function in model rat:ALT/GPT,CRE,UREA and TBL in the rat of blood were reduced,quantity of urine and creatinine clearance rate were increased.And Jiaowei Zhenwu Tang reduced the content of NO and endotoxin in blood of model rat.Conlusion: Jiaowei Zhenwu Tang has protected effect to rat model of hepatorenal syndrome,and the mechanism may be relevant to reduced the content of NO and endotoxin blood of model rat.更多还原
