【Abstract】 Recently,a few injustice sentences have taken place in the law field of China,which causes a great upsurge in the law reform both in academia and media,of which the recheck procedure of death penalty apparently becomes the focus.Chinese death penalty review procedure values,the death penalty approval authority and the recovery of much academic attention.The right to withdraw the approval of the death penalty will be raised to reform the death penalty review procedure for starting a new round of judicial reform exercise.更多还原
