【摘要】 目的探讨红细胞抗体筛查在减少溶血性输血反应中的意义。方法对住院患者做抗体筛选试验,筛查红细胞抗体,对抗体阳性者进行抗体特异性、免疫球蛋白类型及抗体效价检测。同时观察筛选的阳性率,以判断抗体的临床意义。结果4117名接受红细胞抗体筛查的住院患者中,共筛选抗体阳性3例(阳性率为0·3%):通过抗体鉴定,检出抗-M1例,抗-Dl例,抗-Ce3例,抗-c4例,抗-E5例。结论对住院患者进行常规抗体筛选试验能有效地减少和避免溶血性输血反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of antibody screening test for red blood cell in reducing hemolytic transfusion reaction.Methods Red blood cell antibody was screened by antibody screening test in inpatients,and the positives were tested for specificity of antibody,type of immune globulin,and the antibody titer further.The positive rate of screening test was also observed for judging the clinical significance of antibody.Results 14 positive cases were screened out among 4117 inpatients who accepted antibody screening for red blood cell,with positive rate as 0.34%.And in the 14 positive cases,1 anti-M case,1 anti-D case,3 anti-Ce cases,4 anti-c cases,and 5 anti-E cases were screened out by antibody identification.Conclusions It can effectively reduce or avoid hemolytic transfusion reaction to conduct conventional antibody screening test among inpatients.更多还原
