【摘要】 对甘松抗菌消炎有效部位化学成分进行研究,采用柱色谱法分离得到9个化合物,经光谱分析和文献对照,确定其结构分别为蒙花苷、熊果酸、二十八烷醇、Kanshone A、Nardosinonediol、Nardosinone、马兜铃烯-9-β-醇、齐墩果酸、β-谷甾醇。前三个化合物为首次分离得到,蒙花苷和熊果酸为甘松抗菌消炎有效成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study on the active components of Nardostachys chinensis Batal,the compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods,with their structures identified by spectral analysis and comparison with published data.9 compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as acaciin,ursolie acid,octacosanol,kanshone A,nardosinonediol,nardosinone,aristolen-9β-ol,oleanolic acid and β-sitosterol.Acaciin,ursolie acid and octacosanol were obtained from Nardostachys chinensis Batal.for the first time.Acaciin and ursolie are the active components of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory.更多还原
