普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性影响的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:研究普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的治疗作用。方法:75例确诊颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的患者双盲随机分成试验组(n=38)和对照组(n=37),对照组行常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上,加服普罗布考(po,250 mg,bid,给药4个月)观察用药前后患者血脂[总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]变化及斑块声学密度的变化。结果:治疗后4个月,试验组血清TC,TG,LDL-C较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),也显著低于对照组(P<0.05);HDL-C值较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组低回声斑块声学密度的背向散射积分值(IBS)较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:普罗布考可以降低血脂,改善低回声斑块组织学构成,增加斑块密度,从而稳定斑块。

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effects of probucol for the treatment of plaque in carotid artery.Methods: 75 patients with plaque in carotid artery were randomized to receive the conventional therapy(control group,n=37) or conventional therapy plus probucol(test group,n=38,po,250mg,bid,4 months).The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated based on the blood lipid levels[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)],intima media thickness and integrated back scatter(IBS) value in different types of atherosclerotic plaques by an acoustic densitometry technique.Results: After 4 months’ treatment,the TC,TG,LDL-C of test group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and HDL-C and IBS of low echo plaques of test group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The changes of blood lipid levels and IBS in test group were superior to that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Probucal significantly stabilized the plaque in carotid artery.
