【摘要】 目的:研究灵蒲合剂治疗颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)合并斑块的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法:将105例CAS患者随机分为灵蒲合剂治疗组(53例)和西药对照组(52例),治疗6个月后,观察两组临床疗效、症状积分、血脂、血液流变学、颈动脉内膜厚度及斑块体积的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后症状积分显著降低,血脂明显下降,血液流变学指标明显改善,颈动脉内膜厚度明显变薄,颈动脉内膜斑块体积明显缩小,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05);而对照组治疗前后除血脂外,各指标比较差异均无显著性(P均>0.05)。治疗组治疗后各指标均较对照组治疗后改善明显,差异均有显著性(P均<0.05);且治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(总有效率为92.4%比65.4%),差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:灵蒲合剂治疗CAS合并斑块疗效好、症状恢复快,且无不良反应,是治疗CAS的有效组方。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and therapeutic mechanism of Lingpu mixture(灵蒲合剂) on carotid atherosclerosis(CAS) and plaque. Methods: One hundred and five patients with CAS were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group(n=53) were treated by Lingpu mixture,and patients in control group(n=52) were treated by western drugs.The course in both groups was 6 months.Changes of therapeutic effect,symptom accumulating scores,blood lipids,hemorheology indexes,thickness and plaque volume of carotid endarterium were observed.Results: In the treatment group,in the comparison before and after treatment,the symptom accumulating scores were better,the blood lipids were lowered significantly,hemorheology indexes improved markedly,and the thickness of carotid endarterium was thinner and its plaque volume smaller after treatment,and significant differences were present(all P<0.05).In the control group,in the comparison before and after treatment,except blood lipids,there were no differences in above items(all P>0.05),while after treatment,significant differences were present between the two groups,treatment group being better than control group(all P<0.05).The therapeutic effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(total effective rate 92.4% vs.65.4%),the difference between the two groups being significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Lingpu mixture is an effective prescription with good therapeutic effect,rapid recovery of symptom,and without adverse side effect on the treatment of CAS and plaque.更多还原
