【摘要】 目的研究中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)患眼与健眼的调节功能及其影响因素。方法分别对31例原先为正视眼的单眼活动期CSC患眼及健眼进行调节幅度、调节灵活度、调节滞后量的测定。结果在调节幅度的检测中,患眼组的调节幅度值平均为(4.89±1.28)D,健眼组的调节幅度值平均为(6.58±1.53)D,两者相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);调节灵活度测量结果显示患眼组比健眼组明显要慢,患眼组的调节灵活度为(3.16±2.36)cpm,健眼组的调节灵活度为(5.84±2.41)cpm,两组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);在调节滞后的测量中,患眼组大多集中在0.75～1.25D之间,健眼组大多在0.50～0.75D之间,患眼组的调节反应明显滞后于健眼组,两组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论CSC患眼的调节功能低于健眼的调节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change in accommodative function in patients with active central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) and discuss the causes.Methods Thirty-one patients with active, acute, unilateral central serous chorioretinopathy participated in the study. Accommodative amplitude (push-up), accommodative facility (±2.00 DS flipper) and accommodative response were evaluated in afflicted eyes and fellow eyes prospectively.Results ①The accommodative amplitude value of afflicted eyes was (4.89±1.28)D and was (6.58±1.53)D for the fellow eyes. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). ②The accommodative facility value of afflicted eyes was (3.16±2.36)cpm and was (5.84±2.41)cpm in the fellow eyes, which differed significantly between the two groups (P<0.01). ③Accommodative lag in the afflicted eyes was 0.75 D to 1.25 D, and 0.50 D to 0.75 D in the fellow eyes. The afflicted eye group had a greater accommodative lag (P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with CSC had reduced accommodative function.更多还原
