基于DSP的永磁同步直线电机无位置传感器控制系统
Position Sensorless Control System of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor Based on DSP
【摘要】 为了实现永磁同步直线电机的无位置传感器运行,以采样得到的电机三相电压和电流信号为输入信号,利用TM S320F2812 DSP,计算出电机动子的位置信号,作为控制系统的反馈信号。在DSP硬件功能和电机动子位置估算方法的基础上,完成了系统的硬件架构设计和软件流程设计。
【Abstract】 For realizing the movement of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor (PM SLM) without position sensor, take the motor’s three-phase voltage and current as the input signals and use TM S320F2812 DSP to calculate the mover’s position of PMSLM, which is regarded as the feedback signal of control system. On the basis of hardware functions of DSP and the method of calculating the mover’s position of PMSLM,the design of system hardware frame and software flow is completed.
