永磁无刷直流电机铁耗计算方法
Methods for Calculating Core Losses in Permanent Magnet Motors
【摘要】 永磁无刷直流电机因其优良的性能,使用越来越广泛。准确计算铁耗对永磁无刷直流电机设计至关重要。依据分立铁耗计算模型,利用时步有限元法计算,提出了磁密波形法和磁密轨迹法两种只采用交变损耗计算系数进行电机铁耗计算的方法。通过并顾及交变磁化和旋转磁化的准确计算方法相比较,得出了最适合使用的方法。
【Abstract】 Permanent magnet (PM) motors have been used more and more widely because of their excellent performances. Good design requires more accurate core losses calculation. Through time stepped finite element analysis, some methods for approximate core loss calculation considering only the alternating magnetic filed were proposed in this paper. Comparing with the accurate method considering both the alternating and rotating fields. The most useful method is given out.
