【摘要】 [目的]通过动物实验应用疏肝解郁中药以方测证,以期揭示肝郁及胃的病理生理基础。[方法]绑带束缚14 d后致大鼠肝郁。观察比较正常组、肝郁组、复健组大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学变化,检测大鼠胃液中游离黏液量、前列腺素E2(PGE2)及胃黏膜组织匀浆液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)水平。[结果]肝郁组大鼠胃黏膜出现炎性改变,余2组无显著变化;肝郁组大鼠胃液中游离黏液量、PGE2水平低于其余2组,且胃黏膜组织匀浆液中的SOD、NO水平均低于其余2组,MDA高于其余2组。[结论]疏肝解郁中药可有效预防肝郁及胃病理变化,增强胃黏膜防御保护功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To reveal the pathological and physiological functions of stagnation of liver-qi referring to stomach by applying the coursing liver-qi and resolving depression Chinese medicines,and to measure the syndrome by the prescription.[Methods]After 14 days of constraint by band,rat models of liver-qi stagnation were established.The pathological changes of the gastric mucous membrane in the normal group were observed,the model group and the recovery group.The concentration of free mucus and PGE-2 was detected in gastric juice.The level of SOD,MDA,NO in gastric mucous membrane homogenate was assayed. [Results] The gastric mucous membrane of the model group appeared inflammatory changes,normal group and model group had no significant changes;The free mucus and PGE-2 of the model group was lower than that of the other two groups;SOD and NO level in gastric mucous membrane homogenate of the model group was lower than that of the other two groups,but MDA of the model group was higher.[Conclusion]The coursing liver-qi and resolving depression Chinese medicines can prevent the pathological change of the stagnation of liver-qi referring to the stomach by strengthening the defensive and protective functions of the gastric mucous membrane.更多还原
