从含锗褐煤中干馏提锗和制取焦炭的试验研究

【摘要】 采用干馏原理和方法,设计了从褐煤中提锗同时制取焦炭的工艺流程,研究了褐煤在不同干馏温度、时间、气氛下锗的挥发特性及残余物的特性。结果表明:温度和时间是影响褐煤中锗挥发的主要因素,气氛的影响较小。当温度高于800℃时,锗大量挥发;800℃保温2 h锗挥发率大于60%,1000℃保温2 h锗挥发率大于80%,保温10 h大于85%;1000℃保温2 h的干馏残余物通过洗选可获得优质焦炭。探讨了含锗褐煤锗挥发机制,并对锗在褐煤中的赋存结构进行了研究。

【Abstract】 By adopting the principle and the method of distillation,the process flow was designed,and the germanium was distilled from the lignite and the coke was acquired at the same time.The volatilization behavior and the hangover were studied at different distillation temperature,time and atmosphere.By adopting this process,the experimental results showed that the distillation temperature and time were the main influences factors for volatilization of germanium from lignite,the influence of the atmosphere was smaller.The germanium vaporized effectively from the lignite when the distillation temperature was higher than 800 ℃.The volatilization ratio of germanium from lignite was more than 60% at 800 ℃,2 h.At 1000 ℃,2 h,volatilization ratio will be more than 80%,if at this temperature for 10 h it will be more than 85%.The high-quality coke can be acquired after washing the residues.The volatilization mechanism and the occurence of germanium in lignite were studied.
