纳滤法处理仲钨酸铵结晶母液的研究
Treating Mother Liquor of Amnion Paratungstate Crystallization by Nanofiltration
【摘要】 研究了纳滤法处理仲钨酸铵结晶母液。采用工业实际料液在工业试验装置内试验研究了料液pH值、操作压力对渗透通量、钨损与除氯率的影响并考察了硫酸根在纳滤过程中的行为。结果表明,纳滤膜法可有效分离APT结晶母液中的钨与氯化铵并浓缩钨,过程流程短,试剂消耗小;采用合适的操作条件,过程的除氯率可大于90%,钨的损失小于1%,浓缩液中的WO3可达50~100 g.L-1。
【Abstract】 Treating mother liquor of amnion paratungstate crystallization by nanofiltration was studied.The actual industrial feed and pilot nanofiltration equipment were employed.The effect of pH value,operation pressure on flux,tungsten loss and chloride removal was studied and the behavior of sulfate in nanofiltration process was investigated.The result showed that tungsten can be separated from amnion chloride and concentrated while treating the mother liquor of amnion paratungstate crystallization by nanofiltration process with short procedure and less consumption of chemical agents.Under proper condition,the chloride removal can be up to 90%,the tungsten loss was less than 1% and the concentration of WO3 in the concentrate can be up to 50~100 g·L-1.
