纯镁及镁合金强流脉冲电子束处理微观组织分析
Microstructure Analysis of Pure Magnesium and Magnesium Alloys after High Current Pulsed Electron Beam Surface Treatment
【摘要】 研究了纯镁及镁合金强流脉冲电子束处理后微观组织的变化,改性层呈现特殊的层状结构,最表层为50~100 nm的纳米氧化镁,下面是6~10μm的重熔层,重熔层下面是热影响区和应力波作用区,其中产生孪晶变形,提出了强流脉冲电子束处理纯镁及镁合金改性层的结构模型,并对其形成机制进行了初步分析。
【Abstract】 This paper investigates the effect of high current pulsed electron beam(HCPEB) treatment on microstructure of pure Mg and Mg-based alloys.A layered structure formed on Mg and Mg-based alloys.On the top surface layer was a thin nanograined MgO layer which resulted from the reaction of Mg with O2 in the vacuum chamber during HCPEB treatment.Beneath the oxide layer,a remelted layer with 6~10 micrometers thickness consisting of Al supersaturated solid solution appeared,under which were the HAZ and stress wave affected zone containing twin deformations.The formation mechanism of the special structure was discussed tentatively.
