【摘要】 目的:探讨肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者(以下简称失代偿期患者)中医证型临床特点。方法:根据失代偿期患者的临床表现及中医临床四诊信息采集的要求,采用临床流行病学调查方法,提取112例失代偿期患者中医症状、体征、舌、脉等四诊信息,结合临床专业知识及中医临床信息分析的思维特点,对112例患者进行系统聚类分析,探讨失代偿期患者中医证型临床特点。结果:显示为4类证型:第1类的特点为气滞湿阻、水湿困脾共57例;第2类为湿热蕴结、气滞、血瘀、水停共22例;第3类为脾肾阳虚、湿阻、气滞、血瘀、水停共13例;第4类为肝脾肾亏损、阴虚水停共20例。结论:4类证型符合肝硬化失代偿期中医证型临床特点及规律性,肝炎肝硬化失代偿期基本病机为肝脾肾三脏同病,气血水相互交结。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical characteristic of traditional Chinese medical type of syndrome of hepatocirrhosis decompensated period patients.Methods: According to the clinical characteristics and the demands of traditional Chinese four diagnosis medical information collection of decompensated period patients,by means of clinical epidemiological research,extracting the four diagnosis information of Chinese medical symptom,physical sign,glossa,and pulse from 112 decompensated period patients,integrating the clinical professional knowledge and the way of information analysis in traditional Chinese medicine,applying the methods such as systematic cluster analysis with 112 patients,exploring the clinical characteristics of TCM type of syndrome of decompensated period patients.Results: Showing the four categories of syndrome characteristics: type 1(57 cases):retention of dampness due to stagnation of Qi,water damp distress spleen: type 2(22 cases): damp heat,stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,retention of water: type 3(13cases):wet stagnation with Yang asthenia of both spleen and kidney,stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,retention of water;type 4(20cases):loss of liver,spleen and kidney,Yin asthenia and retention of water.Conclusion: The four categories of syndrome conform to the characteristics and regularity of TCM type of syndrome of hepatocirrhosis decompensate period,the fundamental pathogenesis of hepatocirrhosis decompensated period are the comorbidity of liver,spleen and kidney,the intercross Qi,blood and water.更多还原
