【摘要】 目的总结64例合并肺动脉高压心脏疾病的外科治疗经验。方法在体外循环下,采用根治性手术治疗。结果全组无死亡病例。结论综合评价病情,正确掌握手术适应证,充分的术前准备,恰当的围术期处理及手术技术的进步是提高先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患者外科治疗成功率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the results and methods of surgical treatment and perioperative management of congenital heart disease(CHD) with pulmonary hypertension(PH). Methods From Dec 2001 to Dec 2006,surgical correction was undertaken in 64 CHD with PH. Among they were ventricle septal defect(53),artrial septal defect(5) patent ductus ateriosus(5),complete artrioventricular canal defects(1). The corrective operation was performed via cardiopulmonary bypass. Results No perioperative death occurred. Conclusion Indication of operation and proper perioperative management should be considered in the surgical treatment of CHD with PH.更多还原
