【摘要】 目的分析尿道下裂手术的成功,为提高尿道下裂手术成功率提供理论依据。方法收集243例在该院住院手术的患儿,均为第1次手术,而且均为1期手术。结果设定年龄,术后合并感染,术后合并膀胱痉挛,尿道下裂分型,睾酮值异常,合并先心病,合并隐睾,合并阴囊发育不良以及手术方式因素。用Logistic回归分析,进入回归方程的自变量是:年龄、术后合并感染、术后合并膀胱痉挛和尿道下裂分型4个因素。而合并先心病,合并隐睾,合并阴囊发育不良,手术方式和睾酮值异常5个因素则被剔除。结论成功率是70.8%,影响尿道下裂手术成功的是年龄、术后合并感染、术后合并膀胱痉挛和尿道下裂分型4个因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the success of hypospadias surgery to improve the success rate of hypospadias surgery and provide a theoretical basis. [Methods] Gather 243 children with hypospadias. All of these children were firstly operated which were onestage operation. [Results] It setted these factors including age, postoperative concurrent infection, postoperative concurrent cystospasm, typing of hypospadias, the abnormality of the value of testosterone, CHD, cryptorchidism, depauperate scrotum, modus operandi. By logistic regression analysis: independent variable entered regression equation: including age, postoperative concurrent infection, postoperative concurrent cystospasm, typing of hypospadias. At the same time the factors of CHD, cryptorchidism, complic depauperate scrotum, modus operandi, the abnormality of the value of testosterone were rejected. [Conclusions] The achievement ratio was 70.8%. The four factors which influence the achievement ratio were age, postoperative concurrent infection, postoperative concurrent cystospasm, typing of hypospadias.更多还原
