【摘要】 目的观察1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗浅部真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法对86例浅部真菌病患者进行治疗,其中治疗组46例,外用1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏,每日2次;对照组40例,外用1%联苄苄唑霜,每日1次,两组疗程均2周,比较其临床疗效。结果治疗组的治愈率、总有效率及真菌清除率均稍高于对照组,但两者比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),且不良反应少。结论1%盐酸特比萘芬乳膏治疗浅部真菌病疗效肯定,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the efficacy and safety of 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream in the treatment of superficial mycosis.[Methods] 86 cases with superficial mycosis were divided into two groups.The study group(n =46)were treated with 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream for topical use on skin lesions twice per day for two weeks,and the control group(n =40)were treated with 1% Bifonazole Cream for topical use daily for two weeks.[Results] The cured rate,the effective rate and the fungi clearance rate were higher than that in control(P >0.05),and the side effect was few.[Conclusion] 1% Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream is effective and safe in the treatment of superficial mycosis.更多还原
