SD大鼠前列腺上皮Kv1.3表达的实验研究
Experimental study on Kv1.3 expression of SD rat prostatic epithelial cells
【摘要】 目的探讨Kv1.3钾离子通道在前列腺疾病发病机制中的作用。方法选择年轻的和老年的SD大鼠各30只,先取出前列腺,使用光学显微镜观察其HE切片的组织学特点,应用SP法对其进行免疫组化染色,分别检测Kv1.3钾离子通道在SD大鼠前列腺上皮细胞中的表达。结果30例老年SD大鼠前列腺标本中Kv1.3钾离子通道强表达的有19例,中表达的8例,低表达的3例;30例年轻SD大鼠前列腺标本中Kv1.3钾离子通道强表达的有6例,中表达的9例,低表达的15例;χ2=14.819,P=0.001,两组间差别有统计学意义。结论Kv1.3钾离子通道在SD大鼠前列腺上皮细胞中表达有明显差异,钾离子通道的改变可能参与某些前列腺疾病的发生的机制之一。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the function of Kv1.3 potassium ion channel in the pathogenesis of the prostatic disease. [Methods] 60 SD rat prostate specimens were collected including 30 young and 30 old, post operation of their prostate specimens, By the light microscopy, the 60 hematoxylin-eosin stained slides were observed. Kv1.3 potassium ion channel expression in SD rat prostatic epithelia was detected by the method of SP immunohistochemistry. [Results] In 30 old SD rats prostate specimens, there were 19 cases having strong expression of Kv1.3 potassium oin channel, 8 cases having medium expression, 3 cases having low expression. In 30 young SD rats protate specimens, there were 6 cases havmg strong expression, 9 cases medium expression, 15 cases low expression. There was statistical difference between the two groups,( χ2=14.819, P=0.001). [Conclusions] Kv1.3 potassium ion channel expression in SD rat prostatic epithelia has significant difference, the change of the potassium ion channel may be one of the mechanisms of the prostatic disease.
