【摘要】 目的探讨应用DHS(动力髋螺钉)加拉力螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法1999年8月～2005年1月对42例股骨粗隆间骨折采用DHS加拉力螺钉内固定治疗。结果全部病例均得到10￣36个月随访,主要指标为颈干角、髋关节伸屈活动等。骨折全部愈合,无钢板松动、断裂、骨不连等并发症,2例轻度髋内翻。优28例,良12例,优良率95.2%。结论DHS加拉力螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,操作简单,易达解剖复位,固定可靠,抗旋转作用强。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study therapeutic effect of internal fixation with dynamic hip screw (DHS) and cannulated screws for treating femoral intertrochanteric fiactures. [Methods] From August 1999 to January 2005, fourty-two patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by reduction and fixation with dynamic hip screw (DHS) and cannulated screws. [Results] All patients were followed up for average 17 months (ranged from 10 months to 3 years). The range of motion, the collodiaphyseal angle and Dong′s evaluation standard were adopted as main parameters to evaluate the outcome of the operation. All fractures healed without the three complications of hardware fixation. There were 2 cases of lightly coxa vara. According to Dong′s evaluation method, the excellent or good rate was 95.2%. [Conclusion] Using DHS and cannulated screws to treat the intertrochanteric fiacture easily leads to anatomical reduction and rigid fixation, and gives large definitive rotational stability.更多还原
