【摘要】 目的:探讨Fahr′s病的临床特点、鉴别诊断、误诊原因与治疗方法。方法:分析1例Fahr′s病临床资料、CT表现并复习国内外相关文献。结果:该病多发于20~40岁,遗传因素是发病的原因之一。CT呈特发性双侧基底节钙化,伴有神经精神功能障碍的临床表现及运动功能障碍。血清钙与磷代谢正常。结论:CT特征性的表现,伴有如癫痫、痴呆、精神病、运动功能障碍等临床症状,要考虑Fahr′s病的可能。目前还没有有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical features,Diagnosis,differentiation,misdiagnosis and treatment of Fahr′s disease.Methods:The clinical datum and CT findings of one case of Fahr′s disease was analyzed,and the related home and abroad literature was reviewed.Results:This disease occured highly between 20 to 40 year old.Inheritance factor was one of morbidity cause.CT showed idiopathic bilateral basal ganglia calcinosis,accompanying clinical manifestation of neuropsychological impairment with movement disorders.Serum calcium and phosphorus metabolism were normal.Conclusion:When peculiar CT finding occur with clinical manifestation such as seizures,dementia,psychosis,movement disorders,Fahr′s disease should be considered.There is no specific treatment for this disease now.更多还原
