【Abstract】 In the face of crisis of management and utilization of water resources,water-saving buildings theory is proposed in this paper,including:the connotation of water-saving buildings,the aim,the goals and the values of water-saving buildings,and the relation between water-saving buildings and buildings which are related,and design methods of assessment index frameworks of water-saving buildings.This theory has a positive theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of the use and promotion of water-saving buildings,water-saving cities and the construction of circular economy.更多还原
