【摘要】 目的对桔梗、连翘、五倍子这3味常用中药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法进行改进。方法采用TLC鉴别方法,依照《中国药典》2005年版一部,通过改变提取方法和展开剂获得清晰、持久的TLC图谱。结果所得谱图清晰,可鉴别出这3味中药材的特征成分。结论方法可靠,重现性好,可作为这3味中药材的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the TLC identification for radix platycodonis,fructus forsythiae,galla chinensi.Methods TLC identification.Results The experiment was carried out according to the method in galla chinensivolume one,chinese pharmacopoeia edition 2005.By improving the method of extrcaction and development,the TLC diagram were fairly clear and stable.Conclusion The method was reliable.It can be used for the quality control of radix platycodonis,fructus forsythiae and galla chinensi.更多还原
