【摘要】 目的建立小儿对乙酰氨基酚灌肠液中对乙酰氨基酚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法选用YMC-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.75%醋酸溶液(25∶75),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果对乙酰氨基酚的量在0.4~2.4μg内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.54%,RSD为1.29%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高,为小儿对乙酰氨基酚灌肠液质量控制提供了定量依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for determinating paracetamol in pediatric paracetamol enema.Methods The YMC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.75% acetic acid(25 ∶ 75),whose flow rate was maintained at 1.0 ml/min.The wave length of the detector was set at 250 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.4-2.4 μg.The coefficient of relativity was 0.999 6.The average recoveries of paracetamol was 99.54%,the relatieve standard deviation was 1.29%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate with a good sensitivity.It can be applied to the quality control of pediatric paracetamol enema.更多还原
